Ladies Day at Pearce Bros Yate Sat 14th July
As a newly appointed BOSCH APPROVED SERVICE CENTRE we wanted to assist those of us girls who are not confident with coming into garages, unfamiliar with checking over and looking after our cars. Our workshop sessions were ran by our fully qualified Bosch Technicians, from tyre pressures to checking your tyres over, oil, water, brakes and how to change a wheel, management warning lights and lots of other good advice!!!
We raised £876.67 (17.7.12) to be presented to our two named charities who both work incredibly hard to dedicate every effort to their chosen causes, please see below for details. We can still take donations if anyone would like to still donate, please call me on 01454 333775.
Annual membership cards available at £3 will continue to raise money in their name, these will provide offers throughout the year. Click to join membership scheme
Despite a very wet start to the day and a last minute hire of a large marquee we squeezed everyone in. A first time experience for Pearce Bros to lay on an event of it’s kind, the technicians were a little nervous but soon got into the swing of dealing with some shy ladies. We were very impressed with the amount who got they’re hands dirty and asked lots of questions. A true learning curve for us all and a good feel factor day all round.

We believe that more people will holiday in Britain this year, with the Olympic excitement and chaos. We would like to make sure that our local ladies are confident, and ready for road trips with the family and friends, or maybe you just want to learn a little more about your car.
See our hints-and-tips page for more helpful information.
